Relief from the West Coast

Trinity Custom Homes LLC is proud to be able to share our skill and energy with the brave Americans devastated by Hurricane Katrina.

We packed up the truck and hitched the trackhoe and put in some grueling but rewarding work shoulder to shoulder with the rescue workers and homeowners.

Tracy Roe belongs to Jefferson Baptist Church, in Jefferson OR - through the church and with 16 members of the church, including 3 contractors, went to Gulfport Mississippi to join the relief effort.

Pearson House

When the house was originally built, there wasn't the standard 18 inches from ground to the floor joists. There was only 12 inches. Over time, this resulted in condensation expanding and contracting the wood and eventually causing dry rot. We hoisted the house approx. 6 feet and replaced the floor from underneath.

Through the project we accomodated the homeowners' wishes and replaced sections of the house entirely by adding additional square footage, as a cost-cutting option in the repair process. And, in turn, increased the functionality of their home.
